Tim Rypma, president of RP, is known for his historic preservation work throughout the Iowa real estate industry as well as being an all-encompassing real estate developer, owner, operator, and partner with deep experience in all phases of property life cycles.
Tim manages a portfolio of over 100,000 sq.ft. of historical, mixed-use real estate which he has successfully acquired and re-developed over the past thirteen years. Mr. Rypma has extensive knowledge of working with tax credit and other city agencies. Additionally, Tim serves as Developer/Manager of Project X LLC, a multi-phased 200,000 mixed use project he successfully developed, leased and continues to oversee.
With multiple properties consisting of office, residential, and retail buildings, RP continues to acquire and reposition high quality assets as well as develop new architecturally distinctive buildings from ground up.
